After creating our page, NatirIgna, we shared a post concerning mental health awareness. It mostly tackles tips to boost one's mental health, especially during the pandemic.



Mental health is indeed an important aspect which each and everyone of us should respect. It can be tired, strained, damaged, and injured just like physical health. However, the difference is, a person cannot fully observe the signs of being mentally tired and sick. A person can feel it, but most of the time they shove it off since they look at mental health as something insignificant in life.
